GARAGE DOOR PROFESSIONAL

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
 

You will be responsible for performing many duties to install, troubleshoot, repair & maintain customers' garage doors. The Garage Door Technicians we hire are 100% Customer-Forward and have strong communication skills with confidence in closing sales. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Driving to customers location, ensuring vehicle is maintained and in good repair

  • Responding to work assignments and tasks as directed by manager/call center

  • Maintain communication and relationships with customers

  • Present options of services to customers

  • Inspecting, install, repair and maintain garage doors

  • Track use and restock inventory

  • Organize service/sales reports (weekly)

We are looking for individuals with or without garage door service experience, our technicians are self-starters who aren't afraid to take initiative and are results-driven. To be Considered for a position, we require:

  • Technical capacity

  • Ethical conduct

  • Communication proficiency

  • Able to lift over 75 pounds regularly

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Clean driving record

  • Able to pass background check and drug screening

Skills and Proficiencies:

  • Customer service

  • Technical proficiency

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Positive attitude

  • Conflict resolution

  • Negotiation

Compensation:

Our pay structure is straightforward and fair. You will earn 20% across the board on all work performed. We will provide you with gas expenses and maintenance items, as well as all of the equipment necessary for you to be successful. When you win, we win!
